Terms of service

These terms cover your use of Muster, a service provided by GPT Shop Ltd (company no. 15766335). By running a paid check you agree to them.

What we provide

A report of the identity verification status, as shown on the Companies House register, of the current directors and individual persons with significant control of the companies you list. We read the register when the check runs. The report reflects the register at that time and nothing more.

What the report is not

It isn't legal or professional advice, and it isn't confirmation from Companies House. The register can lag behind verifications that have already happened. You remain responsible for your own compliance and for advice you give your clients.

Price and payment

The price depends on the number of companies in your list and is shown before you pay. Prices exclude VAT, which is added at checkout where it applies. Payment is taken by Stripe, which issues your receipt. A paid check covers the list you paid for, including the report, client letters and re-checks of that same list for 60 days from payment.

If something goes wrong

If a paid check doesn't complete, email hello@gptshopltd.com and we'll complete it for you or refund the payment in full. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have that can't be limited by law.

Our liability

We take care to read the register correctly, but we can't guarantee the register itself is complete or current. Our total liability for any check is limited to the amount you paid for it.

Fair use

Please don't use the service to overload Companies House, to resell raw register data as your own service, or in breach of the Open Government Licence.

Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
